Use Resample Web
To use Resample:
1) Input the aptamer family motif derived from a sequence alignment.
2) Select gap representation and aptamer type.
3) If base pairing information is known, check the 'Use structural constraints' checkbox and enter the base pair information in numerical form (ie. position numbers of pairing bases).
4) Hit the 'Run and save results' button.
Insert aptamer family motif here:
Show '-' for gaps in output
Remove replicates (show "-" must be unchecked)
